Louise E. Kouski, 94, of Crivitz passed away on October 14, 2025.
Louise was born on Jan 19, 1931 to Donald and Clara Wilson. She was the oldest of 11 Kids. Born and raised in Middle Inlet. Attending Middle Inlet Grade School and the Crivitz High School.
She met Robert Kouski at Perch Lake swimming hole. They married in 1948. Bob and Louise had 3 Kids, Alice, Harold and Ron. Together they ran the family Dairy farm, taking it over from Bobs family in 1966. After selling the herd in 1977 Bob and Louise continued raising beef and Louise always had her chickens. She worked off the farm at a few different places over the years including Bemis Restaurant, the Doug Store, Crivitz School and Western Auto. Louise always loved spending time in the kitchen baking her homemade bread, chocolate cake and the family favorite chicken and noodles. She was preceded in death by husband Bob in 2014, son Harold in 1985 and daughter Alice in 2015.
Louise is Survived by son Ron (Dianne), grandchildren Jeremy (Stephanie), Kyle (Kendra) Kouski, Ashley (Thad) Wojick, great grandchildren Coen, Madi, Levi, Reagan, Taylor, Logan and Kolt. She is further survived by siblings Bud (Peggy) Wilson, Gerald Wilson, Glen (Marion) Wilson, Harriet Czerwinski, Ralph (Sharon) Wilson, Linda Schneider, Kenny (Jackie) Wilson, Sandy (Russ) Crawford.
She was preceded in death by Brother Vernon Wilson, Sister Donna Lax, and Brother in law Bernard Kouski.
The family would like to thank the staff of NewCare and Rost Huebner House for all of the year’s they cared for Louise. Also Lakeland Care, Jill and Julie, Unity hospice Sarah, Kayla, Jill and Nicole.
The family plans to have a celebration of life at a later date.
