Judith Ann Kiefer 83, Passed Away on Dec. 31, 2025 in Faribault, Minnesota, She was born on June 14, 1942 in Marinette, to Lucille and Marriner Kohlman. She was raised in Marinette, graduating with the class of 1960. Judy met and married the love of her life, Richard Dick Kiefer on Feb. 17, 1962. They lived in Illinois, Minnesota and Mesa, Arizona where they were active in many golf leagues and tournaments together. After Dick’s unexpected passing on Sept. 7, 2016 Judy moved back to Minnesota to be near her children.
Judy is survived by her 3 children, Richard (Jamie) of Lenox City, Tennessee, James (Laura) of Longview, Washington and Julie (Bruce) Carrigan of Leno Lakes, Minnesota. Brother-in-law James Kiefer of Mesa, Arizona, Sister-in-law Eva Kiefer of Mesa, Arizona, Sister in law Sue Ewaldt of Marinette, 5 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. Judy is further survived by Siblings, Brother Robert (Donna) Kohlman and Sister, Joan Reek, both of Marinette.
Judy was predeceased by her parents, Grand Parents Minerva & Walter Dickie, in laws, Joe and Edna Kiefer, brother-in-law Robert Kiefer, brother-in-law Albert RAEEK AND SIBLINGS Marriner Kohlman Jr. and Michael Kohlman.
Per the family, No service was held
Judy and Dick’s remains will be returned to Marinette sometime in the spring of 2026 for burial. A Memorial service and celebration of life will take place at that time.
