Jeffery S. Fohr, 68, of Crivitz, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 9, 2025. He was born on April 30, 1957 to the late Erich and Trina Fohr. Jeff was a 1975 graduate of Mukwonago High School. He moved to Muskego in 1977 and worked at Lakeview (now Haskells) and Mather Lanes for many years. Jeff then retired to the Crivitz area to help take care of his aging parents. He enjoyed watching all sports including NASCAR, and also enjoyed riding his 4 wheelers. Jeff will be dearly missed by his two sisters and brother-in-law Steve.
Jeff is the dearest brother of Jodi (Steven) Pollack and Jill (Scott) Windorf, dear nephew of Glenn (the late Judy) Fohr, Torrey (Lee) Heistad and Ellen (Edward) Hosafros. He is further survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his loving parents; Erich and Trina Fohr and sister; Kimberely Rivest-Nolte.
A special thank you to New Care and Unity Hospice in Crivitz for all the exceptional care he received. In keeping with Jeff’s wishes, there will be a private family service and a Celebration of Life at a later date.
