Delora Joan Carter, of Amberg WI, age 85, passed away, Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay, WI. Joan is survived by her children Kimberly (Matthew), John, Jr. (Frankie), and Candace (Eric); her grandchildren Kudra, Van, Aleister, Kaitlyn; her sister-in law Peggy; her nieces & nephews Gerald, Beverly, Carmella, Daniel, Joni, Lynette, Joellen, Paul, Carl, Tina, Brian, Theodore, Kathy, Renee, Debbie, Gary, Jr., Terry, Kevin, Jennifer; and several grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Joan’s memorial service will be held on October 20, 2025, visitation from 11 a.m. - 1p.m.Church service will start at 1p.m. with a Celebration of Life luncheon to follow at the United Evangelical Presbyterian Church, N15053 Grant St, Amberg, WI.
