Menominee Police Department: Sept. 18 - Sept. 24

Sept. 18

  • At 2:25 p.m., a 12-year-old male was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon in the 2100 block of 18th St.
  • A 31-year-old male was cited at 7:10 p.m. for driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 10th St. and 38th Ave.
  • At 8:26 p.m., a 53-year-old female was arrested at 22nd St. and 22nd Ave. for violating her conditional release and driving without an operator’s license.

Sept. 19

  • Officers responded at 1:04 p.m. to a two-vehicle collision at 6th Ave. and 10th St. that resulted in minor damage to both vehicles. One driver was transported to the hospital for medical treatment.
  • At 3:53 p.m., officers investigated a report of a 35-year-old male violating the conditions of a personal protection order in the 500 block of 10th Ave.
  • A 28-year-old male was arrested at 8:36 p.m. at 30th Ave. and 13th St. on a bench warrant through the Menominee County Sheriff’s Office and for driving with a suspended license.
  • At 10:32 p.m., a 16-year-old male was cited at 18th St. and 18th Ave. for failing to turn on vehicle headlights after sunset and violating graduated driver’s license permit restrictions.

Sept. 20

  • A 32-year-old male was cited at 3:58 a.m. for driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 13th St. and 16th Ave.
  • At 4:40 a.m., a 40-year-old male was arrested at 13th St. and 30th Ave. for driving without vehicle insurance and speeding.
  • Officers arrested a 55-year-old male for assault at 5:06 p.m. in the 1300 block of 15th Ave.

Sept. 21

  • Responding at 3:39 p.m. to 10th St. and 23rd Ave., officers investigated a two-vehicle collision that caused disabling damage to one vehicle and functional damage to the other. Both drivers sought independent medical treatment.
  • At 10:15 p.m., officers assisted a motorist who was locked out of their vehicle in the 2800 block of 10th St.

Sept. 23

  • Officers investigated a two-vehicle accident at 6:50 p.m. in the 400 block of 9th Ave. that resulted in minor damage to both vehicles and no injuries.
  • At 7:15 p.m., a 31-year-old male was cited at 10th Ave. and 24th St. for driving without vehicle headlights and operating without proof of insurance.
  • Two 19-year-old males were arrested at 8:17 p.m. at 10th St. and 23rd Ave. for possession of methamphetamine, possession of concealed weapons, being minors in possession of vaping products, being minors in possession of marijuana, and first-offense minor in possession of alcohol.
  • At 9:22 p.m., officers investigated a report of a window damaged by gunfire in the 1700 block of 20th Ave.
  • A 37-year-old male was cited for speeding at 10:26 p.m. at 13th St. and 28th Ave.
  • At 11:27 p.m., a 36-year-old male was arrested at 4th Ave. and 5th St. for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, resisting and obstructing police officers, speeding, driving with an expired vehicle registration plate, and operating with defective vehicle equipment.

Sept. 24

  • At 12:18 a.m., a 47-year-old female was cited at 10th Ave. and 13th St. for driving without proof of vehicle insurance and disregarding a traffic signal.
  • A 42-year-old male was cited at 9:05 a.m. for disregarding a stop sign at 13th Ave. and 10th St.
  • At 7:51 p.m., a 33-year-old male was arrested in the 600 block of 12th Ave. on a felony warrant through the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team and two bench warrants through the Menominee County Sheriff’s Office.
  • A 41-year-old male was cited at 9:50 p.m. for driving with a defective license plate light at 10th St. and 30th Ave.
  • At 11:10 p.m., a 38-year-old male was arrested at 10th St. and 36th Ave. for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving with a defective license plate light.

Marinette Police Department: Sept. 21 - Sept. 26

Sept. 21

  • At 10:13 a.m., vehicles operated by Cody Wood and Mark Klatt collided at Hall Ave. and Hattie St. No injuries or citations were reported.

Sept. 22

  • Natalie Pedersen was cited for municipal theft at 3:42 a.m. at 1701 Dunlap Ave.
  • At 2:30 p.m., George Prochnow was arrested on a valid probation hold at 3540 Old Peshtigo Rd.
  • A stolen green bicycle was reported by Haley Allen at 3:55 p.m. at 1526 Oakes Ave.

Sept. 23

  • At 8:13 a.m., Johnathan Sophonsutthi was arrested on a probation violation at 3450 Old Peshtigo Rd.

Sept. 24

  • Cody Larson was arrested for disorderly conduct at 10:03 a.m. at 3003 University Ave.
  • At 1:19 p.m., Ryan Hounsell reported the theft of a red and black wheelbarrow at 906 Parnell St.
  • Officers recovered a 3-week-old black kitten at 6:20 p.m. at 208 Main St.

Sept. 25

  • At 7 p.m., a 14-year-old male was cited for possession of tobacco at 3423 Cleveland Ave.
  • Vehicles operated by Askhari Lam-Coleman and Samantha Cate collided at 7:35 p.m. at Sherman St. and Pierce Ave. Lam-Coleman was cited for failure to yield the right of way, and a juvenile passenger in the Cate vehicle sustained minor injuries.
  • At 8:20 p.m., a vehicle operated by Richard Bugay struck a legally parked vehicle owned by Miguel Charry at 1333 Main St. No citations or injuries were reported.

Sept. 26

  • An unknown vehicle struck and damaged a tree at 8:58 a.m. at Merryman St. and Stanton St. before fleeing the scene.
  • At 9:29 a.m., Makenzie Baxley was arrested for disorderly conduct and damage to property at 807 Water St.
  • Responding at 1:13 p.m. to 3325 Pierce Ave., officers documented a collision between vehicles operated by Laure Caebre and Amanda Brabender. No injuries or citations were reported.
