Menominee Police Department: October 24 - October 30

October 24
 
  • At 12:20 a.m., a 52-year-old male was arrested at 10th Ave. and 15th St. for operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content, having no operator’s license and for the unlawful use of a vehicle registration plate.
  • Officers took a found dog to the Menominee County Animal Shelter from the 3700 block of 10th St. at 1:36 p.m.
  • A 37-year-old male was arrested at 10th St. and 26th Ave. at 3:28 p.m. for driving a motorcycle without an endorsement.
  • At 8:31 p.m., a 23-year-old male was arrested for retail theft near 8th Ave. and 13th St.

October 25

  • A 50-year-old male was arrested at 8:30 a.m. at 13th Ave. and 7th St. for fleeing and eluding officers and driving with a revoked license.
  • At 7:08 p.m., a 23-year-old male was arrested for retail theft and trespassing at 8th Ave. and 13th St.
  • A 23-year-old male was arrested for resisting and obstructing police officers at 7:14 p.m. in the 1100 block of 22nd St.

October 26

  • A 14-year-old female was taken into custody for being a runaway and for assault at 1:08 a.m. in the 4500 block of 7th St. and was later returned to her parent.
  • At 1:12 p.m. at 10th St. and 30th Ave., a 36-year-old female was cited for not having proof of insurance and for having defective equipment on a vehicle.
  • Officers investigated a report of a lost firearm at 4:46 p.m. in the 1200 block of 17th Ave.

October 27

  • At 1:47 a.m., officers assisted the Menominee County Sheriff’s Office in the apprehension and arrest of a 29-year-old female who led authorities on a high speed chase in the 3500 block of 11th St.
  • Officers investigated a report of a 14-year-old female runaway who was located and returned to her parent at 3:39 a.m. in the 4500 block of 7th St.
  • At 12:55 p.m., a warrant arrest was made; a 28-year-old male was taken into custody on a felony warrant through the Menominee Police Department in the 800 block of 10th Ave.
  • A 27-year-old male was arrested for four counts of resisting and obstructing a police officer, disorderly conduct, violating his bond and trespassing at 7:48 p.m. in the 1400 block of 8th Ave.

October 28

  • At 12:10 a.m., a 50-year-old male was arrested in the 900 block of 40th Ave. for being a felon in possession of a firearm and/or ammunition.
  • A 50-year-old male was arrested at 9:31 a.m. on a bench warrant through the Menominee Police Department and for being a felon in possession of a firearm, possessing methamphetamine, resisting and obstructing police officers and possessing a firearm in the commission of a crime in the 2300 block of 10th St.
  • At 10:27 a.m., a 40-year-old male was arrested in the 2100 block of 15th Ave. for home invasion — second degree, possession of Suboxone, possession of methamphetamine and forgery.

October 30

  • A 36-year-old male was cited at 1 p.m. at 11th St. and 9th Ave. for consuming marijuana in public in a prohibited place.
  • At 6:27 p.m., a 24-year-old male was arrested for trespassing and retail theft in the 1400 block of 8th Ave.

Marinette Police Department: October 27 - November 2

October 27

  • At 9:13 a.m., a cream/orange domestic long-haired cat was found at 1854 Wisconsin St. and brought to Town and Country vet.
  • Shannon Magnuson was taken into custody at 9:52 a.m. for probation violation at 3450 Old Peshtigo Rd.
  • At 10:00 a.m., Tracey Perry was taken into custody on a warrant at Pierce Ave. and Daggett St.
  • A traffic accident occurred at 12:02 p.m. at 1378 Main St. when a vehicle operated by Timothy Raygo struck a legally parked vehicle owned by David Philipps; no injuries or citations resulted.

October 28

  • Wesley Panske was taken into custody at 8:59 a.m. for a probation violation at 3540 Old Peshtigo Rd.
  • At 8:38 p.m., David A. Denruyter was cited for possession of THC at 1521 Marinette Ave.
  • Sheena Darden and Monique Adams were cited for possession of THC at Hall Ave. and Stephenson St. at 9:45 p.m.
  • Ashley Konkel reported the theft of a purse and wallet at 905 Madison Ave. at 10:11 p.m.

October 29

  • At 9:84 a.m., a calico domestic medium-haired cat with no collar was found at 1519 Garfield Ave. and taken to Town and Country vet.

October 30

  • A traffic accident occurred at 12:04 p.m. at Cleveland Ave. and Lincoln St., where a vehicle operated by Robert Hannon struck a legally parked vehicle owned by Frank Sabowski; there were no injuries or citations.
  • At 12:43 p.m., a tabby cat was found at 3400 Pierce Ave. and brought to Town and Country vet.
  • Another traffic accident took place at 3:19 p.m. at 1600 Ely St., when a vehicle operated by Cody Bezio struck a legally parked vehicle owned by Joseph Branstrom; no injuries or citations were reported.
  • At 10:17 p.m., a vehicle operated by Baur, a 16-year-old, struck a curb at 3113 Gilbert St. and was cited for non-registration of auto and unreasonable and imprudent speed; no injuries were reported.

October 31

  • At 9:37 p.m., Katherine E. Thompson was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and resisting/obstructing during a domestic disturbance at 1529 Main St.

November 1

  • Tyrese Peters was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer at 2:15 a.m. at 2029 Hall Ave. Khayree R. Fateen was cited for disorderly conduct in the same incident.
  • At 6:48 p.m., charges of substantial battery and disorderly conduct were forwarded to the district attorney’s office for Jose Vega at W Cleveland Ave. and Marinette Ave.

November 2

  • A traffic accident occurred at 12:59 p.m. at 2528 Taylor St., where a vehicle operated by Pashance Carter struck a legally parked vehicle owned by Susan Carvious; no injuries or citations were issued.
