October 1
David Johnson of Marinette was charged with one count of child abuse at 9:42 a.m. following a disturbance at his home at 1403 Parnell.
A vehicle operated by 22-year-old Isiah Poquette-Senn struck a parked vehicle owned by 30-year-old Autumn Sporrer at 2:11 p.m. near State St. and Sherman St.; no injuries or citations were reported.
Christopher Davis, 35, of Marinette, was taken into custody on a probation violation at 3:43 p.m. at 3450 Old Peshtigo Rd.
A black Sun Baja Cruz bike was reported stolen from the Anthony House at 5:14 p.m. at 900 Wells.
A traffic accident occurred at 6:56 a.m. at Cleveland Ave. and Badger Pkwy. between vehicles operated by 18-year-old Brianna Miehle and 59-year-old Roy Leyendecker; Miehle was cited for failure to yield.
Edward Cloutier, 32, of Marinette, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. at 326 Hattie St. for disorderly conduct, resisting and on a probation hold.
October 2
Nicholas Techmeier, 43, of Marinette, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. at 809 Miller St. on a felony DOC warrant and for possession of drugs.
Gage Hartin, 22, of Marinette, was arrested at 7:47 p.m. on a probation warrant at the Kwik Trip at 2103 Hall.
October 4
James Brown was taken into custody on a warrant at 5:10 p.m. at 332 Main St.
Stephen J. Kunesh was taken into custody at 8:12 p.m. at 1873 Dunlap Ave. for operating while intoxicated — third offense and knowingly fleeing/resisting.
October 5
Matthew Ihde was taken into custody on a warrant at 12:23 p.m. at the Hattie St. Bridge.
October 6
Keven was taken into custody on a warrant at 2:02 a.m. at 2018 Lewis St.
David A. Johnson was taken into custody on a probation violation at 8:23 a.m. at 3540 Old Peshtigo Rd.
Melissa M. Albert will have one charge of violating a restraining order forwarded to the District Attorney’s office at 9:31 a.m. at 2680 Cleveland Ave.
Jaquayle Wash was taken into custody on a probation hold at 12:39 p.m. at 3540 Old Peshtigo Rd.
Chase Peel was cited for possession of THC at 5:13 p.m. at Marinette Ave. and Cleveland Ave.
Landan Langer was cited for disorderly conduct at 7:13 p.m. at 823 Water St.
October 7
Daniel Brown was cited for animal at large at 1:44 p.m. at 103 Lake St.
Vehicles operated by Isaac Dennis and Mirsad collided at 7:02 p.m. at 1225 Marinette Ave.; no injuries or citations were reported.
October 8
Kristie Buckman was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated 1st offense at 11:44 p.m. at Hwy 41/Country Meadow Rd.
October 9
Vehicles operated by Alexander Lederer and Mckenna Freeman collided at 7:52 a.m. at 1011 Water St.; no injuries or citations were reported.
October 10
Jamie Fontana, 38, of Illinois, was arrested at 2:26 a.m. at 2103 Hall for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, carrying a concealed knife, possession of cocaine and possession of a controlled substance.
Savanna Bumpus, 26, of Appleton, was cited at 9:55 a.m. at Marinette/Mary St. for possession of THC.
A 15-year-old was cited at 11:02 a.m. at Marinette High School for possession of THC.
A vehicle operated by 36-year-old Joseph Brodish struck a vehicle owned by 80-year-old Paul Sabouin at 12:11 p.m. at 2103 Hall Ave.; no citations or injuries were reported.
Wendell Myers was cited at 12:48 p.m. at 706 Main St. for a Code Violation related to Public Nuisances Affecting Peace/Safety.
Jane Magnuson was cited at 2:35 p.m. at 325 State St. for a Code Violation related to Public Nuisances Affecting Peace/Safety.
Zachary Dahlenburg, 24, of De Pere, was cited at 7:27 p.m. at Marinette/Cleveland for possession of THC.
October 11
Kristi Jarvis reported criminal mischief at 5:53 p.m. at 2009 Hall, saying someone had thrown Taco Bell all over her vehicle while it was parked near Lolli’s.
A 13-year-old male from Marinette stole a truck belonging to Easton Pollina at 7:00 p.m. at 1450 Marinette Ave.; the juvenile was charged with Operating without owner’s consent and Criminal damage to property for a broken window on the vehicle.
Christopher Gretzinger, 58, of Marinette, was cited at 11:27 p.m. at 3513 Highland Ave. for hit and run and OWI 3rd offense.
October 12
Ashley Nyman, 37, of Marinette, was arrested on a felony warrant at 9:43 p.m. at 1301 Marinette Ave.
October 3
A 34-year-old female was cited for operating a vehicle while texting, reading or typing at 7:42 a.m. at 10th Ave. and 13th St.
A 56-year-old male was arrested on a bench warrant through the Menominee Police Department at 10:35 a.m. in the 800 block of 10th Ave.
At 3:41 p.m., a 38-year-old male was arrested for driving with a revoked license at 13th St. and 27th Ave.
October 4
Officers investigated a report of malicious damage to property and the attempted theft of a generator at 11:04 a.m. in the 1200 block of 32nd Ave.
Officers investigated a report of a 34-year-old male violating a no contact order at 1:52 p.m. at 18th Ave. and West Dr.
A 15-year-old female was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol - first offense and for being a minor in possession of vaping products at 9:05 p.m. at 1st St. and 7th Ave.
October 5
Officers investigated a report of a hit and run accident that resulted in damage to a speed limit sign at 6:34 a.m. at 10th St. and 43rd Ave.
A 58-year-old male was arrested for driving an unregistered vehicle at 7:38 a.m. at 13th St. and 10th Ave.
Officers investigated a report of an assault at 6:02 p.m. in the 800 block of 46th Ave.
A 20-year-old male was arrested for the misuse of 911 and for violating his bond at 9:50 p.m. in the 2100 block of 18th St.
October 6
A 28-year-old male was arrested at 12:31 a.m. for violating his probation and for no operator’s license at 10th St. and 8th Ave.
Officers assisted in impounding a brown dog of an unknown breed at 4:54 a.m., taking it to the Menominee County Animal Shelter at 1st St. and 10th Ave.
A 35-year-old male was arrested for trespassing at a business at 11:23 a.m. in the 3900 block of 10th St.
Officers investigated a report of illegal dumping at a business at 1:09 p.m. in the 2300 block of 10th St.
October 7
A 22-year-old male was cited for not wearing a seat belt at 2:48 p.m. at 13th St. and 23rd Ave.
A 32-year-old male was arrested for retail theft at 7:37 p.m. in the 3500 block of 10th St.
October 8
A 33-year-old female was cited for disregarding a stop sign at 7:31 a.m. at 18th Ave. and 25th St.
A 67-year-old male was cited for disregarding a stop sign at 7:49 a.m. at 18th Ave. and 22nd St.
A 34-year-old male was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant through the Menominee County Sheriff’s Office and for unlawfully entering a property without permission at 8:34 a.m. in the 6100 block of 18th Ave.
A 20-year-old male was arrested for retail theft at 9:18 p.m. in the 1000 block of 10th Ave.
October 9
A 54-year-old male was arrested at 12:29 a.m. for operating a vehicle while intoxicated — fourth offense, for resisting and obstructing police officers — fourth offense and for driving with a revoked license at 13th St. and 15th Ave.
A 51-year-old female was cited for speeding at 8:02 a.m. at 22nd St. and 22nd Ave.
