Village of Pound discuss updates and licenses

The board heard from Department of the Public Works (DPW)/Utility Administrator Scott Fuelle regarding May activities for the DPW. The Village of Pound CMOM-Program for Sanitary Collection Systems Capacity, Management, Operation and Maintenance for 2023 had no changes and the CMOM for 2024 was approved. The CMAR Resolution was also approved. 

In new business, the following permits/licenses were approved: Class A retailer’s license for GPM Southeast (R-Store), Class B retailer’s license for PAPA Bears and Gilly’s Old Habits, LLC and the Cigarette License for GPM Southeast (R-Store).
