November 24

• At 8:33 a.m., a deputy assisted CPS with a report of parenting issues in Stephenson Township.
• A deputy responded to a bond condition violation at 2:00 p.m. in Menominee City regarding prohibited contact with three juveniles.
• At 3:15 p.m., a 38-year-old Daggett man was arrested on CR 358 for no security on a motor vehicle following a stop sign violation.
• Deputies investigated a report of a lost hunter at 8:53 p.m. in Spalding Township and discovered suspicious activity on Burgess Farm Rd.

November 25

• At 5:55 a.m., Aiden Richards, 22, and Matthew Sutherland, 38, were involved in a two-vehicle crash on US 2 in Meyer Township; no injuries were reported.

November 26

• Found property was turned over to a deputy at 2:10 p.m. in the city of Stephenson and returned to its owner.

November 27

• At 10:26 a.m., a woman in the city of Stephenson reported her dog had been injured overnight and requested a report regarding past threats.

November 29

• A 19-year-old Marinette man was arrested for no operator’s license and cited for speed at 4:15 a.m. on 10th St. in the city of Menominee.
• At 2:18 p.m., Jesse Brabant, 46, and Alyssa Lenca, 23, were involved in a two-vehicle crash on US 41 in Menominee Township; no injuries were reported.
• David Mileski, 73, was involved in a single-vehicle accident at 4:52 p.m. on CR 577 in Menominee Township after overcorrecting into a ditch.

November 30

• At 9:21 a.m., a deputy responded to a trespass complaint on Elmwood Rd. in Menominee Township.
• A report of forestry equipment catching fire was investigated at 9:49 a.m. on River Rd. in Spalding Township; the equipment was a total loss.
• At 3:17 p.m., a 39-year-old man was arrested for criminal trespass and unlawful entry in the city of Stephenson.
• Fraimy Ramirez, 22, was involved in a single-vehicle crash at 7:06 p.m. on Sobieski Rd. in Menominee Township.

December 1

• At 4:29 a.m., a deputy arrested a 31-year-old Menominee man for operating while intoxicated after finding him stuck on a roadway in the city of Menominee.
• A 17-year-old Stephenson man lost control of his vehicle while negotiating a curve on CR 354 in Stephenson Township at 4:42 p.m., striking a mailbox and a tree; no injuries were reported.
• At 6:16 p.m., deputies arrested a 30-year-old Daggett man for malicious destruction of property following a domestic dispute on Badish Rd. in Daggett Township.

December 2

•  A deputy documented a larceny complaint in Lake Township at 1:08 p.m. regarding a mail-order item that failed to arrive.
• At 4:36 p.m., a deputy investigated a report of a missing item from a property on Pine Hill Ct. in Menominee Township.

December 3

• A 16-year-old Menominee man struck a mailbox after losing control of his vehicle on Elmwood Rd. in Menominee Township at 7:30 a.m.
• At 7:41 a.m., a deputy investigated a hit-and-run crash on US 2 & 41 in Spalding Township, where a vehicle was rear-ended while turning into a private drive.
• A 23-year-old Menominee man was arrested for domestic violence at 10:22 a.m. after a deputy witnessed an assault in the courthouse parking lot in Menominee.

December 4

• At 3:14 p.m., a deputy responded to Sobieski Rd. in Menominee Township for a report of a destroyed mailbox caused by a vehicle that fled the area.

December 5

• An investigation into an alleged assault in Harris Township at 4:31 p.m. determined the allegations were unfounded.
• Austin De Gayner, 26, of Marinette, slid off the roadway and struck a utility pole while turning from CR 577 onto #2 Rd. in Menominee Township at 6:05 p.m.
• At 7:27 p.m., a 31-year-old Menominee man was arrested for home invasion and possession of methamphetamine on M-35 in Menominee Township.
• A 48-year-old Menominee woman was arrested for domestic assault on M-35 in Menominee Township at 8:36 p.m.

December 6

• At 8:18 a.m., 77-year-old Sharon Tebo of Stephenson struck a parked vehicle on Bluff St. in Stephenson after sliding on fresh snow.
• A 33-year-old Daggett man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, having no license, and no insurance following a 6:52 p.m. traffic stop on CR 358 in Daggett Township.

December 7

• At 7:35 a.m., an 18-year-old Bark River man was cited for minor in possession of alcohol after being found asleep in a vehicle in a ditch on #38th Rd. in Harris Township.

December 8

• Addison Laurin, 20, of Carney, struck a stop sign after sliding into a ditch while turning on CR 374 in Nadeau Township at 10:42 a.m.
• At 2:27 p.m., a deputy documented a personal protection order violation in Daggett Township.
• A 48-year-old Green Bay man was arrested and cited for driving without a valid license at 9:16 p.m. on CR 348 in Mellen Township.
• At 11:00 p.m., a 30-year-old Green Bay man was arrested in Menominee on a warrant for failing to appear on a charge of uttering and publishing.

December 9

• A 22-year-old Marinette man was arrested on 10th Ave. in Menominee at 1:54 p.m. on a Marquette County warrant for retail fraud.

December 10

• At 1:04 p.m., a female juvenile was cited for minor in possession of alcohol in Stephenson.
• Sandra Toupalik, 74, of Wallace, struck a mailbox after losing control of her vehicle on Range Line Dr. in Ingallston Township at 2:09 p.m.
• At 3:14 p.m., a 43-year-old Crystal Falls man was arrested on a Menominee Circuit Court warrant.
• A 17-year-old Menominee man struck a utility pole on Bay De Noc Dr. in Menominee Township at 6:59 p.m.

December 11

• At 5:23 a.m., a 42-year-old Wilson man was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
• A 71-year-old Escanaba woman was arrested for assault on US 2 & 41 in Harris Township at 7:59 a.m.

December 12

• At 4:02 p.m., a three-vehicle crash occurred on US 41 in Menominee Township when Robert Neumann Jr., 57, struck a vehicle driven by Cage Boggess, 21, which then hit a vehicle driven by Beverly Weber, 73.
• A 34-year-old Powers man was arrested for a bond violation at 10:15 p.m. on US 41 in Spalding Township following a 911 hang-up.
• At 10:56 a.m., a deputy investigated a hit-and-run on River Dr. in Menominee Township, where a delivery driver struck a post.

December 13

• A larceny complaint was reported in Mellen Township at 10:49 a.m. regarding stolen items from a property.
• At 5:23 p.m., a deputy conducted a welfare check on animals in Stephenson Township.

December 14

• A 57-year-old Stephenson woman was arrested for no vehicle insurance and cited for expired registration following a 7:23 p.m. stop on Bluff St.

December 15

• At 4:29 a.m., a 49-year-old Escanaba man was arrested for reckless driving and driving with a suspended license after falling asleep and striking a vehicle driven by Keenan Zelazoski, 34, on M-35.
•  A 43-year-old Powers woman was issued a trespass warning at 12:44 p.m. after causing a disturbance at a business in Spalding Township.

Marinette Police Department: January 5 – January 11

January 5

• Kenlyn T. Markham and Brandon Steinbuch were both arrested for first-offense OWI in separate incidents at 8:43 a.m. and 5:57 p.m.
• Dayton Daigneault and Wade Bartsch were taken into custody for probation violations on Old Peshtigo Rd.
• At 10:52 p.m., Joseph M. Ledger was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct on Myrtle St.

January 6

• Ashley Panske and Gavin Jagielski were arrested for possession of methamphetamine at 12:07 a.m. on W. Hosmer St.
• Following a search warrant at 3:17 a.m. on Armstrong St., Gavin Jagielski faced multiple drug trafficking charges.
• Two juveniles, ages 12 and 13, were cited for truancy on Water St.
• At 8:50 p.m., Garrett D. Williams was arrested for disorderly conduct on Marinette Ave.

January 7

• Jane M. Magnuson and Wendell W. Myers were cited for public nuisance violations on State St. and Main St.

January 8

• At 10:11 a.m., a 14-year-old female was cited for truancy on Water St.
• Crystal L. Guard was arrested for disorderly conduct and threats to law enforcement at 11:32 a.m. on Marinette Ave.

January 10

• Mary Miller and Tracy Nicoll were involved in a traffic accident at 12:13 p.m. at Stearns Dr. and Old Peshtigo Rd.

January 11

• Officers responded to two traffic accidents on Roosevelt Rd. at 9:26 a.m. and 1:37 p.m.
• Battery and resisting charges were forwarded for a 13-year-old male at 3:07 p.m.
• Tiffany Longstreet was cited for an animal at large at 6:21 p.m. on Pierce Ave.
• At 8:42 p.m., Tyree L. Williams was arrested on a warrant at Marinette Ave. and Minnesota St.

January 1

• At 12:29 a.m., a 56-year-old male was arrested for possession of opium and a weapon at 20th Ave. and 13th St.
• Officers investigated a possible forced entry at 5:04 p.m. on the 2600 block of 13th St.
• At 9:33 p.m., a 53-year-old female was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and no operator’s license.

January 2

• Officers investigated a hacking report at 12:24 p.m. on the 800 block of 11th St.80.
• At 3:10 p.m., a 36-year-old male was arrested for trespassing and violating a conditional bond on the 1400 block of 10th St.

January 4

• A 40-year-old male was arrested at 11:02 p.m. on outstanding warrants from the city and county.

January 5

• At 2:19 a.m., a 32-year-old male was arrested for three counts of fourth-degree child abuse on the 800 block of 5th St.

January 6

• A 38-year-old male was arrested at 10:49 p.m. on a misdemeanor warrant.
• At 11:36 p.m., a 41-year-old male was cited for no insurance at 13th St. and 28th Ave.

January 7

• A 40-year-old male was arrested on multiple felony and misdemeanor warrants at 10:46 a.m.
• Officers investigated a two-vehicle accident at 3:18 p.m. at 9th St. and 16th Ave.
• At 3:37 p.m., officers assisted with a court-ordered child removal on the 800 block of 5th St.
• A 50-year-old female was arrested for assault at 10:37 p.m.

January 8

• At 3:37 p.m., a 23-year-old male was arrested for driving an unregistered vehicle and having no insurance.
• Officers investigated a three-vehicle accident at 4:39 p.m. at 10th Ave. and 10th St.
• A 45-year-old male was arrested for disorderly conduct at 6:46 p.m. on the 2500 block of 13th St.

January 9

• At 1:11 p.m., a 48-year-old woman was arrested on a bench warrant through the Menominee Police Department in the 800 block of 10th Ave.
• Police arrested a 37-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman on felony warrants in the 4100 block of 10th St. at 8:43 p.m.
• A 33-year-old man was taken into custody for violating his probation in the 3400 block of 10th St. at 11 p.m.

January 10

• Officers arrested a 55-year-old man for possessing weapons and driving without a license at 10th Ave. and 13th St. at 2:12 a.m.
• A 65-year-old woman was arrested on a bench warrant in the 1100 block of 38th Ave. at 11:37 a.m.
• At 6:50 p.m., a 47-year-old man was arrested at 12th Ave. and 10th St. for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possessing amphetamines, carrying a weapon and having open intoxicants in a vehicle.

January 11

• A 49-year-old man was arrested on a felony warrant out of Arkansas in the 1300 block of 15th Ave. at 1:00 a.m.
• Between 2:37 a.m. and 3:05 a.m., officers issued five snow ban parking tickets for vehicles parked on the street.
• A 41-year-old man was arrested in the 400 block of Henes Park Dr. at 4:13 p.m. for felonious assault with strangulation, possession of an unregistered firearm and resisting or obstructing police.

January 12

• At 4:30 p.m., officers assisted a motorist who was locked out of their vehicle in the 2300 block of 10th St.

January 13

• A 43-year-old man was arrested on a felony warrant in the 800 block of 5th St. at 3:10 p.m.

January 14

• Officers provided lockout assistance to a motorist in the 2100 block of 10th St. at 3:20 p.m.
• At 11:25 p.m., police conducted a major drug arrest at 10th St. and 38th Ave. involving four individuals: a 44-year-old man for possession of cocaine and methamphetamine with intent to deliver; a 19-year-old woman for possession of cocaine, narcotics and methamphetamine with intent to deliver as well as smuggling contraband into a jail; a 33-year-old man for possession of fentanyl; and a 30-year-old woman for possession of fentanyl and methamphetamine.

January 15

• At 2:43 p.m., officers assisted a motorist with a vehicle lockout in the 3700 block of 10th St.

January 16

• At 6:15 a.m., officers investigated the unauthorized use of an automobile involving the 3400 block of 10th St. and the 900 block of 1st St.
• Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident at North Shore Dr. and 10th St. at 8:48 a.m.

January 17

• At 10:47 a.m., a 35-year-old female was cited for two counts of violating the booster seat law at 10th St. and 13th Ave.
• A 26-year-old male was cited for driving too fast for conditions following a two-vehicle accident at 10th St. and 38th Ave. at 5:35 p.m.
• At 10:45 p.m., a 26-year-old male was arrested for assault in the 700 block of 46th Ave.

January 18

• Officers assisted motorists locked out of their vehicles at 10:38 a.m. (1200 block of 7th St.) and at 1:34 p.m. (2500 block of 10th St.).
• At 5:03 p.m., a 39-year-old male was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 1200 block of 10th Ave.

January 19

• Officers assisted a locked-out motorist in the 2300 block of 10th St. at 7:37 a.m.
• At 11:50 a.m., a 23-year-old male was cited for speeding at 22nd St. and 30th Ave.

January 21

• A 39-year-old female was arrested for assault at 10th Ave. and Hattie St. at 12:54 a.m.
• Felony warrant arrests were made at 10:50 a.m. (31-year-old female) and 6:27 p.m. (27-year-old female).
• At 8:12 p.m., a 36-year-old male was arrested for possession of methamphetamine at 10th St. and 35th Ave.

January 22

• An 18-year-old male was cited for careless driving in a school parking lot in the 2100 block of 18th St. at 8:05 a.m.
• At 8:23 a.m., a 43-year-old female was arrested for OWI-drugs, inhalation of a chemical agent and a pre-trial release violation in the 1400 block of 8th Ave.
