Tifanie Tremble of Stephenson National Bank & Trust completes Graduate Banking Leadership program

NORTHEAST WIS. AND MICH. – The Stephenson National Bank & Trust (SNBT) is proud to announce that SVP - Chief Deposit Officer & Director of Treasury Management Tifanie Tremble has graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at UW-Madison (GSB), one of the nation’s leading executive education programs for banking professionals.

Tremble completed GSB’s rigorous 25-month program, which brings together banking professionals from across the country for advanced study in leadership, finance, strategy, risk management and emerging industry trends. Diplomas were awarded during commencement ceremonies held on Aug. 6 in Madison.

Tremble joined SNBT in 2021, bringing with her two decades of financial services and treasury management experience.

Since then, she has played a key role in the growth and development of the bank’s Treasury Management division, overseeing retail deposits, deposit operations, and treasury management.

Widely respected throughout the organization for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to developing others, she has mentored emerging leaders, built strong teams and contributed to the success of several critical areas of the bank’s operations. Tremble also works closely with some of the bank’s largest commercial and municipal clients, helping them maximize cash flow, safeguard their funds and achieve their financial goals while supporting deposit growth and driving operational excellence across the organization.

A lifelong learner committed to professional development, Tremble earned a Bachelor’s degree in finance from Walsh College of Accountancy in Troy, Mich., followed by a Master of Business Administration from Northwood University in Midland, Mich., and is currently pursuing an additional graduate degree. She also completed coursework through the Michigan Bankers Association Commercial Loan School and has earned several diplomas through the American Bankers Association. In addition, she holds the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) designations.
