Support Letter - Letter to Editor

I Mayor Malke am writing this letter in support of Brigitte Schmidt for Alderman for the 1st District. I have had the pleasure working with Alderman Schmidt for 10 years as she represented the 1st District. Over the 10 years she has displayed dedication, thoroughness looking into issues to be prepared and work habits that helped move the city forward. Always going above and beyond. 

Brigitte left the council to pursue her education and decided to return with the vacancy of Chris Rhode. Chris Rhode did an awesome job while he was on the council, so again it was an easy transition from on council member to another. Brigitte’s love for the City of Peshtigo she has chosen Peshtigo to raise her family and reside. She always has the cities best interests at heart. 

Brigitte has sat on several committees and held Chairman positions. Chairman of committee's responsibilities are many. They plan, coordinate the meeting date and time, research potential questions for answers and be prepared to act on motions to keep the city moving forward. 

A reflection of Brigitte’s character and dedication, her fellow Alderman voted her as Council President for two terms. 

Please support Brigitte on April 2nd as Alderman for District 1.
