Roger B. Anderson Jr. age 56, of Menominee, MI, died unexpectedly Sunday November 3, 2024. He was born in Milwaukee on September 26, 1968; son of Roger and Barbara (Koepp) Anderson. Roger graduated from Wausaukee High School in 1987. He served in the United States Air Force from 1987-1991 during Desert Shield and was honorably discharged. He worked at Wausaukee Composites and most recently ChemDesign in Marinette. Roger enjoyed camping at the Pike, tending to his garden and canning dill pickles. He was an avid walleye fisherman and thoroughly enjoyed fishing with his daughter Caitlyn. He also liked deer hunting, riding his moped and he will always be remembered for his sense of humor.
Roger is survived by his wife, Valerie; children: Caleb and Caitlyn Anderson; father and mother: Roger Anderson Sr and Barbara Anderson; brother and sisters: Sharon (Steven) Jackowski, Susie (Jeff) Poppele, Tim Vertz and Amanda (Jason) Newingham; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be on Thursday November 7, 2024, at Roubal Funeral Home from 10am until the time of his Funeral Service at 12pm. Pastor Lin Wittmann is officiating. Burial will be in Amberg Cemetery with full military honors provided by the Amberg American Legion.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established.
