GREEN BAY – Peshtigo native Meghan Finger — Peshtigo High School Class of 2018 — has been named a 2026 Future 15 honoree by the Greater Green Bay Chamber’s Current Young Professionals program.
Finger lives in Green Bay and works for Green Bay Water Utility, where she helps serve more than 100,000 people who rely on Lake Michigan as their source of drinking water. Her work supports the utility’s mission of providing safe, reliable water and clear communication to customers and the broader community.
The Future 15 & Young Professional Awards recognize 15 young professionals each year who are making a meaningful impact in the Greater Green Bay area through their careers, leadership and community involvement. Honorees are selected based on professional accomplishments, civic and volunteer engagement and their potential to positively shape the region’s future.
To be eligible, candidates must live or work in Greater Green Bay, be between the ages of 21 and 40, and demonstrate a strong commitment to improving quality of life in the community.
The 2026 Future 15 honorees will be celebrated at the chamber’s annual awards event in March at the Oneida Casino Hotel in Green Bay.
Finger’s colleagues describe her as a steady, thoughtful presence who brings both professionalism and heart to her work.
“We’re incredibly proud of Meghan,” said Andrea Hay, director of communications at Green Bay Water Utility and a fellow Peshtigo native.
“She brings the work ethic and small-town values she grew up with in Peshtigo to everything she does here. It’s exciting to see someone from home being recognized on a regional stage for the impact she’s making.”
Finger joins a growing list of Future 15 honorees who are helping shape Greater Green Bay through public service, nonprofit work, business leadership and community engagement.
The Greater Green Bay Chamber’s Current Young Professionals program says the Future 15 awards are intended not only to honor individual achievements, but also to highlight the region’s next generation of leaders and encourage young professionals to build their careers — and their lives — in Northeast Wisconsin.
