Hosting such a large event is no small feat. The Peshtigo Historical Day organizers worked with other local groups to have a variety of offerings. Local restaurants and vendors sold food and goods at the event, including the Peshtigo Area Chamber of Commerce — which has been serving up chicken booyah as their annual fundraiser for 25 years. .The parade committee thanked all of their sponsors, which can be found on the Peshtigo Historical Day Facebook page.
