MaryKay Bruce or as many called her “Mom” or “Ma” passed away at her home on April 27, 2026 surrounded by her family.
MaryKay was born to Dolores and George Paitl in 1955. She lived in Menominee until marrying Tom Bruce of Porterfield in 1975. Together they raised their 6 children and many more that they adopted along the way in their journey together. Marykay enjoyed working in her yard and crafting. She also enjoyed spending most of her time with their many children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her many children, grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as her two sisters, brother and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas. As well as her sister Julie and brother Bill.
She believed in the moto of “Making memories” please join the family on Saturday May 2nd to share in the celebration of MaryKay at 2pm at their family home in Porterfield. Bring your own lawn chairs and enjoy the yard she loved.
