Maryanne Peot, age 94, passed away December 28, 2025 at the Luther Home in Marinette. She was born June 26, 1931 to Margaret (Dix) and William Kaempf and lived in Peshtigo for most of her life. She married Donald Peot on October 8, 1950. He preceded her in death. Maryanne loved sewing and enjoyed collecting things.
She is survived by two daughters, Karen Brown of Porterfield, WI and Linda Mintner of Glenbeulah, WI; four grandchildren, Willie Brown of Marinette, WI, Tami Vargas of Porterfield, WI, Krysti Hernandez of West Allis, WI and Wyatt Mintner of Muskego, WI; and four great-grandchildren, Zayla, Mila, Parker and Wyatt.
There will be a private burial in the spring at Peshtigo Riverside Cemetery.
Hansen-Onion-Martell funeral home is assisting the family.
