WAUSAUKEE – The Marinette County 4-H Clubs decorated the gazebo and surrounding area at Payant Park next to Sal’s in Wausaukee on Nov. 30 with a nativity scene, wreathes, snowflakes, a Christmas tree, deer, candy canes, stars and lights around the gazebo.
The lights will be up until the first week of the new year.
Although the weather wasn’t the warmest, everyone did a great job and the work went quickly. Members from the Kountry Kids, Middle Inlet Moonshiners, Golden Opportunity and Pike River were all in attendance.
Anyone interested in joining 4-H can contact the extension office for more information about clubs in Marinette County at (715) 732-7514.
