Kathryn Ann Grabowski, age 66, passed away peacefully at her home on December 23, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was born on April 1, 1959, in Long Beach, California, to Jerry and Janet (Thayer) Bowman.
Kathryn grew up in Fond du Lac, and was a graduate of Goodrich High School. For more than 20 years, Kathryn was employed at Ariel, now CosmoProf, where she worked in a variety of roles and was known for her dedication and dependability.
A lifelong lover of reading, she found great joy in books and built an impressive personal collection over the years. Above all, Kathryn enjoyed the time she spent with her family.
Kathryn is survived by her children, Josh (Laura) Plautz and Sarah (Dustin) Lorenz; grandchildren, Meadow and Kara Plautz, and Alexis and Carter Lorenz; along with her sister, Sue Thorsby.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
