Home Schooling Socialization At Peshtigo Public Library

Posted

On January 8, the Peshtigo Public Library received a visit from two Home School groups from the “Shifting Gears Social Club Co-op” in Appleton WI. The groups enjoy traveling to libraries in their surrounding area. The students worked on crafts, coloring and puzzles and read books. They also stopped at Badger Park following their library visit. The library is an economical place to bring children and is a great place for home-school students and parents to meet for learning and socialization. Please call the Peshtigo Library at (715)582-4905 if you are interested in bringing in a group of students for study or an opportunity to meet with other homeschooled peers.

The library expects other small inconveniences including some unwelcome noise to come up until the expansion is complete. The library staff is here to assist you and thank you for your patience.
