NORTHEAST WIS. – St. Joseph Conference of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SSVdP) is locally sponsoring the annual Family Radio’s Help for the Homeless Hygiene Drive, currently running now through March 15.
Family Radio is offering this drive in 22 communities throughout Wisconsin, supporting over 130 crisis programs.

Hygiene and cleaning products are not covered by Wisconsin FoodShare (food stamps/ SNAP).
Some of the most urgently needed items are bathroom tissue, cleaning supplies, dental care, deodorant, diapers/baby care, face/bath soap, feminine care, hair care, laundry detergent, paper towels, feminine products, razors and sandwich and trash bags.
These products make it possible for the homeless resource sites to dedicate their limited financial resources to provide qualified personnel, education, counseling, safe housing and nutritious food to those they serve.
“Each item donated during the hygiene drive is not just a product; it’s a lifeline that helps those in need maintain hygiene and stability. Your generosity fosters hope and shows people in your community that they are not alone,” the SSVdP outreach director shared.
Secure financial donations for the purchase of supplies can be made at at thefamily.net or by sending a check to SJC-SSVdP – PO Box 563, Marinette WI 54143-0563 – and listing Hygiene Drive in the memo line.
St Joseph SSVdP Conference partners with the crisis resource sites (listed above) when assisting homeless or in need of help for both individuals and families. All donations will remain in the greater areas of the communities of Marinette, Peshtigo and Menomine, Mich.
