Dorothy Catherine Dudkiewicz, 90, of Crivitz, passed away on Sept. 18,2024. She was born to the late William and Elizabeth Schmitz on Dec.21, 1933, in the Town of Lake. She attended Loomis Grade School and graduated from Crivitz High School. Dorothy married Harry J.Dudkiewicz on Oct. 3, 1953. The couple resided in Crivitz all their life. She was the book keeper for the H J Dudkiewicz and Sons Inc. for their milk- hauling business. She was instrumental in starting the Moon Light Riders Snowmobile Club. She loved to travel from to the East Coast, to the West Coast and Canada with her sister and friends. She enjoyed shopping to visit with friends and family. She loved visiting going to the casino when anyone was willing to go. Most of all she loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her three children Harry D. “Butch” Dudkiewicz, Terry Dudkiewicz and Tammy (Tim) Walker. Grandchildren are Cindy (Shawn) Berg, Jessica Dudkiewicz-Marks, Mike (Caroline) Dudkiewicz, Joe (Ashley) Dudkiewicz, Clay (April) Dudkiewicz, Katie (Sean) Ahnen, Kara (Casey) L’Huillier, Kim (Alex Dollevoet) LaCount, Jacob Walker and Morgan Dudkiewicz. Great- Grandchildren are Jeremy, Annabelle, Jameson, Carlina, Collin, Amelia, Oliver, Juniper and Winona. Four She is also survived by her sisters Joyce (Richard) Ledvina, Sharon Edlebeck, Joann (Dewey) Spencer and Janet Schmitz and along with many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Harry J. Dudkiewicz, and her son Jim Dudkiewicz, as well as brothers Ernie, and Bill, and one sister Dianne.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home in Crivitz on Wednesday, Sept. 25th from 9-11 AM. The service will be at 11AM with Fr. David Schmidt officiating.
Dorothy will be laid to rest at the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Crivitz.
