Bernice Lovgren age 101, of Crivitz, passed away peacefully July 26, 2026. She was born in Crivitz on May 20, 1925; daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Krzych) Tomaszewski. Bernice graduated from Crivitz High School before moving to Milwaukee, where she began her career with Johnson Controls. She remained with the company until her retirement, taking great pride in her work and being known for her strong work ethic. Bernice also enjoyed frequent trips to the casino and loved spending time outdoors, especially observing deer and the abundant wildlife around her.
Bernice is survived by her siblings: Richard (Karen) Tomaszewski of Crivitz and MaryAnn Worachek of Muskego. She was preceded in death by her husband, Justis; infant son, Jerry; and siblings: Joe, Harry, Walter, Eleanor, Clara and Estelle.
Visitation will be on Saturday August 15, 2026, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Crivitz from 10am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11am. Father David Schmidt is officiating. Burial will be in the St. Mary Cemetery.
Roubal Funeral Home in Wausaukee is assisting Bernice’s family with arrangements.
