July 17

• At 10:12 a.m., Lawrence Pitcher was cited for safe and sanitary maintenance violations at 2609 Taylor St.
• At 10:25 a.m., Bart Allen was cited at 233 Water St. for failing to obtain required building permits.
• At 10:32 a.m., Kenneth Kobus received a citation at 2235 Sherman St. for safe and sanitary maintenance violations.
• Daniel Ott was cited at 10:37 a.m. for unpermitted work at 911 Shing Wa Uk Dr.
• At 10:40 a.m., Traci Olsen was cited at 122 Burns St. for building permit violations.
• At 10:49 a.m., Natasha Olsen was cited at 1912 Stephenson St. for maintaining a public nuisance affecting peace and safety.
• Officers recovered a Kent Ambush bicycle at 11:33 a.m. at 2001 Carney Blvd.
• At 5:51 p.m., an unknown driver struck a street sign in the 1500 block of Main St. and fled the scene.
• At 5:58 p.m., David Anonich was arrested in the 1300 block of Garfield Ave. for a third-offense OWI.
• At 11:12 p.m., Luis Ramos was arrested on an active warrant at 1508 Marinette Ave.

July 18

• At 3:12 a.m., Caden Pons was arrested at 838 Terrace Ave. for disorderly conduct, battery, resisting or obstructing an officer and an outstanding probation warrant, while Joseph Callow was arrested for disorderly conduct, battery and resisting or obstructing an officer.
• At 9:38 p.m., Braden Prange was cited for improper conduct with a motor vehicle involving a suspicious vehicle at 2297 Roosevelt Rd.

July 19

• At 2:35 a.m., Brandy Wilson was arrested in the 2000 block of Hall Ave. for a first-offense OWI.
• At 6:57 a.m., a red and white truck struck a support beam at 2297 Roosevelt Rd. and fled the scene.

July 20

• At 12:16 p.m., Sheron Chic reported window damage at 2456 Carney Ave.
• At 5:39 p.m., vehicles operated by Ronald Behnke and Betheny Broberg collided near Hattie St. and Bridge St., resulting in a citation to Broberg for inattentive driving and no injuries.
• A bicycle operated by Daniel Graham collided at 7:37 p.m. with a vehicle driven by Julie Mueller at 1905 Hall Ave.

July 21

• At 6:08 a.m., Wesley Pansek was arrested on a probation hold at 3540 Old Peshtigo Rd.
• At 7:44 p.m., Jake Degenefee was arrested at Marinette Ave. and Pine St. for possession of THC.
• At 8:21 p.m., Carri Fournier was arrested for disorderly conduct at 1206 Marinette Ave.

July 22

• At 6:16 a.m., Raymond King was cited for disorderly conduct following a disturbance at 2205 Hall Ave.
• At 10:02 p.m., Demetrius Johnson was arrested at Main St. and Liberty St. for a fourth-offense OWI.

July 23

• A green and black bicycle was recovered in the 1000 block of Pierce St.
• At 4:09 p.m., Ryan Lunda reported that an unknown vehicle struck his automobile at 1 Stanton St. and fled the scene.
• A 16-year-old male was cited for five counts of retail theft at 2900 Roosevelt Rd. at 5:44 p.m.
• Jeffrey Demmith reported the theft of his EOEOTWO electric bike at 801 Miller St. at 6:20 p.m.

July 24

• At 10:45 a.m., officers responded to a theft report at 723 Water St. and arrested Alexandria Chinn for catnapping and obstructing an officer, while Nicholas Gignac was also arrested for catnapping, obstructing an officer and felony bail jumping.

July 26

• Kaden Walk was arrested at 12:17 a.m. at Hall Ave. and Morton St. for operating while intoxicated and cited for possession of THC.
• A vehicle operated by Patrick Hofer collided with a bicycle ridden by Julie Melton at 9:54 a.m. near Shore Dr. and Carney Blvd., resulting in Melton being transported to the hospital for suspected minor injuries; no citations were issued.
• At 12:10 p.m., Tyrik Viebranz and Javin Meyer were both cited for possession of THC at 1710 Marinette Ave.

July 27

• Vehicles operated by Taylor Farmer and Janelle Peters collided at 9:20 a.m. at Hall Ave. and Stephenson St., where Farmer was cited for a red-light violation and no injuries were reported.
• Officers recovered an electric bike at 9:42 a.m. near Church St. and Stanton St.
• A Mongoose Pro Switchback bicycle was recovered at 12:13 p.m. at Red Arrow Park.
• At 8:02 p.m., William Langrick was arrested on a valid warrant at 75 W. Bay Shore Dr.
• William Baumler was arrested for a probation violation at 10:47 p.m. at 1704 Shore Dr.

July 28

• At 4:31 a.m., Oliva Morgan was arrested for disorderly conduct, property damage, possession of THC and possession of paraphernalia following a suspicious person report at 2297 Roosevelt Rd.
• A vehicle operated by Kevin Rastall struck a pole at 2:25 p.m. at 1905 Hall Ave., resulting in no citations or injuries.
• Vehicles operated by Kevin Sieman and Katie Wangerin collided at 3:25 p.m. in the 2100 block of Hall Ave., where Sieman was cited for operating too closely and no injuries occurred.

Menominee Police Department: July 24 - July 30

July 24

• A 28-year-old male was arrested on a felony warrant through the Menominee Police Department at 4 p.m. and transported from the Shawano County jail in Wisconsin to the Menominee County jail.
• At 4:39 p.m., a 33-year-old male was arrested at 48th Ave. and 10th St. for driving a motorcycle without an endorsement, improper lane usage, an expired registration plate, an improperly displayed registration plate, speeding and fleeing and eluding police officers.
• Officers arrested a 44-year-old male at 8:04 p.m. at 16th Ave. and 10th St. for possession of amphetamines and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, second offense.

July 25

• At 2:37 a.m., a 36-year-old male was arrested for driving without an operator’s license at 15th Ave. and 24th St.
• A 23-year-old male was arrested at 6:46 a.m. at 10th St. and 23rd Ave. for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
• Officers arrested a 37-year-old male at 11 a.m. at 35th Ave. and 13th St. for possession of methamphetamine, a parole violation and two counts of resisting and obstructing officers.
• At 8:43 p.m., a 34-year-old male was arrested at 13th St. and 18th Ave. for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a juvenile causing child endangerment, open intoxicants in a vehicle and resisting and obstructing police officers, while a 28-year-old female passenger was arrested for open intoxicants in a vehicle.
• A 31-year-old male was arrested at 8:46 p.m. on a bench warrant through the Menominee Police Department in the 3700 block of 10th St.
• Transported by ambulance to Aurora Bay Area Medical Center for injuries, a 26-year-old female was arrested at 9:47 p.m. at 1st St. and Menakaunee Bridge for driving with a revoked license, careless driving and failing to report an accident after her vehicle struck a pole.

July 26

• At 11:32 a.m., officers investigated a report of child abuse in the 2500 block of 10th St.
• Reports of a personal protection order violation were investigated by officers at 12:23 p.m. in the 1200 block of 37th Ave.
• A 49-year-old male was warned for trespassing from a business at 6:50 p.m. in the 1200 block of 10th Ave., and his vehicle was impounded for lack of insurance.
• In the 1400 block of 10th Ave. at 9:43 p.m., a 45-year-old female was arrested on bench warrants through the Delta County Sheriff’s Office and Dickinson County.
• At 9:50 p.m., a 61-year-old male was arrested in the 1100 block of 38th Ave. for operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs.
• A 22-year-old female was cited at 10:30 p.m. at 13th St. and 21st Ave. for an expired vehicle registration plate.

July 27

• Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle at 7:11 a.m. in the 1000 block of 18th Ave.
• At 12:51 p.m., officers investigated a collision between a vehicle and an e-bike at 10th St. and 26th Ave., which caused functional damage to both vehicles and injuries to the e-bike operator, who was transported to Aurora Bay Area Medical Center.
• A 24-year-old female received a citation at 2:10 p.m. at 13th St. and 20th Ave. for having no proof of insurance for a vehicle.
• At 8:41 p.m., officers investigated a possible drug overdose involving two males on 12th Ave.

July 28

• Officers investigated a possible fatal drug overdose involving a deceased male at 6:11 a.m. on 4th Ave.

July 29

• At 5:13 a.m., a 22-year-old male was arrested at 5th Ave. and 3rd St. for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a high alcohol content and for driving without an operator’s license.
• An 86-year-old male was cited at 8:25 a.m. at 38th Ave. and 18th St. for failing to disclose a concealed carry weapon, first offense.
• At 8:29 p.m., officers investigated a report of a stolen iPhone 17 Pro Max at Tourist Beach.

July 30

• A 29-year-old male was arrested for felonious assault at 4:01 a.m. in the 1100 block of 38th Ave.
