At 8:36 p.m., officers responded to a single-vehicle accident at 10th Ave. and 6th St. where a vehicle struck a street sign and a tree. The incident resulted in minor damage to the vehicle, damage to the tree and major damage to the street sign, with no injuries reported.

At 11:27 a.m., a 42-year-old male was arrested at 10th St. and 40th Ave. on a bench warrant issued through the Delta County Michigan Sheriff’s Office.

At 10:41 p.m., officers investigated a report of a missing 20-year-old male who was later located in Marinette. The incident was reported near 18th St. and 20th Ave.
At 11:14 p.m., an 18-year-old male was cited for speeding and operating with an expired registration plate at 13th St. and 10th Ave.

At 9:20 p.m., Lilly Oesau was arrested for absolute sobriety and cited for open intoxicants during a DUI response at 2900 Roosevelt Rd. In the same incident, Nichole Kopp was cited for underage alcohol possession.

At 9:27 a.m., vehicles driven by Michelle Ketchum and Crystal Freeman collided at Marinette Ave. and Pine St. Ketchum was cited for failure to yield at an uncontrolled intersection.
At 11:37 a.m., a two-vehicle accident occurred at 1225 Marinette Ave. when vehicles driven by Stephen Woods and Mark Bitters collided, resulting in no injuries and no citations.

At 8:32 a.m., officers handled an animal complaint at 1450 Marinette Ave. An adult male medium-haired cat, an adult female short-haired diluted torti cat and four grey tabby kittens were recovered and lodged at Town and Country Vet.

At 4:12 p.m., Zachariah Diedrich was taken into custody on an outstanding probation and parole warrant at 2205 Hall Ave.
At 5:05 p.m., Skye O. Rudolph was taken into custody at Bangs St. and Marinette Ave. for a first offense of operating while intoxicated, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.
At 5:17 p.m., a traffic accident occurred at 2900 Roosevelt Rd. when a vehicle operated by Bonnie Whitman struck Jean Kosewski, resulting in suspected serious injuries.

At 7:33 p.m., officers responded to a trespassing incident in the City of Marinette. A 14-year-old male was cited for trespassing, resisting or obstructing an officer and criminal damage to property. In the same incident, two 16-year-olds were cited for trespassing, resisting or obstructing an officer and criminal damage to property, while a second 14-year-old male was cited for trespassing and criminal damage to property.
At 11:34 p.m., a 13-year-old male was cited for trespassing and criminal damage to property. Concurrently, Sanjuanita Garza Garcia was taken into custody at Cleveland Ave. and Marinette Ave. for a first offense of operating while under the influence.

At 2:52 a.m., Scott P. Heller was taken into custody at Hall Ave. and McCallister Ave. for a second offense of operating while under the influence and an active warrant.
At 2:15 p.m., Erin Lesperance and Whitney Klatt were both cited for disorderly conduct following an incident at 2135 Pierce Ave.
