January 26

• At 6:23 a.m., Bradley Decker and Emily Lhuillier were involved in a two-vehicle collision at Main St. and 6th St. Lhuillier was cited for failing to yield the right of way from a stop sign. No injuries were reported.

January 28

• At 8:24 a.m., Adriel Solis Pineda struck a sign with a vehicle at 2760 Roosevelt Rd. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.
• At 1:58 p.m., Wendell W. Myers was cited for public nuisances affecting peace and safety at 706 Main St.
• At 3:02 p.m., Jane Magnuson was cited for public nuisances affecting peace and safety at 325 State St.

January 29

• At 1:38 a.m., Tenaya R. Cook was taken into custody at 224 Village Ln. for disorderly conduct and possession of THC.
• At 11:46 a.m., Dangelo Konanekin was taken into custody for disorderly conduct at 1109 Pierce Ave.

• At 1:55 p.m., Haley L. Perket was taken into custody on a warrant at 706 Carney Blvd.
• At 4:06 p.m., Kaiden Thomsen and Dayna Rogers were involved in a two-vehicle collision at Marinette Ave and Mary St. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

January 31

• At 2:44 p.m., Timothy Mellenthin and Jacob Deforge were involved in a two-vehicle collision at Ella Ct and Hattie St. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

February 1

• At 2:02 a.m., Jordin M. Dausey was taken into custody for disorderly conduct at 2454 Highland Ave.
• At 8:01 p.m., Stephan T. Hart, Beyonce B. Herrera, Xavior W. Corcoran, Odalys V. Herrera and Aleeyah J. Herrera were cited for possession of THC following an incident at Hwy 41 and County Rd T.

February 2

• At 9:45 a.m., Trevor J. Phelps was cited for retail theft at 1703 Shore Dr.

February 3

• At 2:05 a.m., Eric M. Laurin was taken into custody on a warrant at Marinette Ave and Bangs St.
• At 3:11 p.m., Dale Malke and Jerry Hansen were involved in a two-vehicle collision at Cleveland Ave and Pierce Ave. Malke was cited for having no proof of insurance.
• At 5:29 p.m., Seth D. White was taken into custody for disorderly conduct at 1012 Marinette Ave.
• At 11:25 p.m., Andrew J. Miller was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine at Edwin St and Oak View Rd.

February 4

• At 10:40 a.m., a 12-year-old female was cited for truancy.
• At 10:48 a.m., Ryan M. Kowalski was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine at 2291 Roosevelt Rd.
• Between 11:22 a.m. and 1:41 p.m., the department issued several citations including: a 13-year-old female for truancy; Jane M. Magnuson for public nuisances at 325 State St; Lamar S. Wright for possession of THC at Carney Blvd and Shore Dr; and Wendell W. Myers for public nuisances at 706 Main St.
• At 3:13 p.m., Wesley Panske was taken into custody for a probation violation at 3450 Old Peshtigo Rd.
• At 4:42 p.m., Riley Smith struck a legally parked vehicle owned by Kevin Herring at 2103 Hall Ave. No injuries or citations were reported.
• At 5:12 p.m., Brenden T. Chaltry was taken into custody at Marinette Ave and Carney Ave for carrying a concealed weapon and possession of stolen property.
• At 10:12 p.m., Michael D. Pope was taken into custody at Cleveland Ave and 9th St for a warrant and possession of methamphetamine, cocaine, drug paraphernalia and controlled substances.

February 5

• At 5:59 a.m., Jennifer Vista and Allen Dryer were involved in a two-vehicle collision at Hwy 64 and Hwy 180. Vista was cited for driving too fast for conditions.
• At 3:43 p.m., Keith Akins and Richard Tessier were involved in a collision at Hall Ave and Stephenson St. No injuries or citations were reported.
• At 5:47 p.m., Samantha Gruszynski and Sharon Meyer were involved in a collision at 2396 Roosevelt Rd. No injuries or citations were reported.

February 6

• At 6:12 a.m., Alana M. Baylon was taken into custody on a warrant at 25 Cottage Row.
• At 8:07 a.m., Joshua D. Racette was taken into custody for a probation violation at 3450 Old Peshtigo Rd.
• At 10:38 a.m., Brian Larsen and Brianna Grimm were involved in a collision at Marinette Ave and Hall Ave. No injuries or citations were reported.
• At 11:23 a.m., Euan Gillespie and Betty Walters were involved in a collision at 2340 Roosevelt Rd. No injuries or citations were reported.

Menominee Police Department: January 30 – February 5

January 30

• At 2 a.m., a 42-year-old male was arrested at 14th Ave. and 12th St. for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and having open intoxicants.
• At 5:55 p.m., a 16-year-old female was arrested at 18th St. and 30th Ave. for driving without a license.
• At 6:01 p.m., a 31-year-old male was arrested in the 100 block of 3rd Ave. for a parole violation and resisting officers.
• At 8:07 p.m., officers investigated a home invasion and the larceny of weapons in the 800 block of 11th Ave.
• At 9:39 p.m., a 49-year-old female was arrested for disorderly conduct at 16th Ave. and 18th St.

January 31

• At 12:05 a.m., a 20-year-old male was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and having open intoxicants at 18th St. and 12th Ave.
• At 12:43 a.m., a 19-year-old female was arrested at 18th St. and 14th Ave. for assault, being a minor in possession of alcohol (second offense) and possession of vaping products.
• At 9:05 a.m., a 23-year-old female was arrested at 14th Ave. and 14th St. for having no operator’s license.
• At 11:17 a.m., officers investigated a two-vehicle accident at 10th Ave. and 13th St. Both vehicles sustained minor damage, but no injuries occurred.

February 1

• At 8:50 a.m., a 39-year-old male was arrested at 20th Ave. and 13th St. for driving with a revoked license and having no insurance.

February 2

• At 7:18 a.m., officers investigated a report of malicious damage to a vehicle in the 3300 block of 13th St.
• At 8:43 a.m., a 61-year-old female was arrested for littering on private property in the 3500 block of 10th St.
• At 12:10 p.m., a two-vehicle accident in the 1400 block of 8th Ave. resulted in minor damage and no injuries.
• At 2:33 p.m., a 39-year-old male was arrested on a Menominee County bench warrant at 14th Ave. and 23rd St.

February 3

• At 10:14 a.m., a two-vehicle accident at 32nd Ave. and 23rd St. resulted in functional damage but no injuries.
• At 11:38 a.m., a two-vehicle accident at 14th Ave. and 13th St. resulted in disabling damage. A 64-year-old female was cited for disregarding a stop sign; no injuries were reported.
• At 10:47 p.m., a 50-year-old male was arrested at the Interstate Bridge and 10th Ave. for possession of cocaine, OWI (third offense), no license and open intoxicants. A 55-year-old female was also arrested for possession of cocaine and open intoxicants.

February 5

• At 1:18 p.m., a 25-year-old male was cited for riding a snowmobile on a public roadway at 18th Ave. and West Dr.
• At 9:41 p.m., an 18-year-old male was arrested at 10th Ave. and 13th St. for no operator’s license, unlawful use of a license plate and being a minor in possession of marijuana.
