October 21
A fraud complaint was investigated at 5:02 p.m. in the City of Stephenson after a caller reported their father was a victim of an online scam.
October 22
A deputy was advised to contact a subject at 1:02 p.m. regarding an ongoing trespassing issue in Spalding Township, and the suspect was warned of criminal trespass.
A two-vehicle traffic crash occurred at 7:32 p.m. on CR 577 in Daggett Township when a vehicle driven by Billy Larson of Marinette collided with a vehicle driven by Bruce Williams of Benton Harbor, with no injuries reported and both vehicles able to be driven from the scene.
A 53-year-old Menominee woman was arrested at 10:04 p.m. on Birch Creek Rd. in Menominee Township for operating while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and driving with a revoked license after a traffic stop for suspicion of intoxication, and she was lodged at the Menominee County Jail.
October 23
A 16-year-old Wilson male was arrested at 3:40 p.m. for careless driving and no insurance and was given a warning for no valid plates after a traffic stop for speed on Old US 2 and 41 in Harris Township. The vehicle was towed, and the subject was released to appear before 95A District Court of Menominee.
October 24
A threats complaint was documented at 8:43 a.m. on 15th St. in Menominee Township after a caller reported receiving a threatening message from a subject.
October 25
A rollover crash occurred at 3:59 p.m. on River Rd. in Spalding Township, and a 17-year-old Kingsford female was cited for careless driving after losing control while traveling too fast around a corner, with no injuries reported.
October 26
Deputies were dispatched at 7:02 a.m. to an ongoing property line/trespass dispute on CR 577 in Faithorn Township, where neighbors agreed to remove a blind placed on the caller’s property and were warned of criminal trespass.
A one-vehicle property damage crash occurred at 11:36 a.m. on US 2 in Meyer Township involving a stolen vehicle driven by a 14-year-old Escanaba juvenile, who was cited for no operator’s license and turned over to Escanaba Public Safety along with the juvenile passenger, with no injuries reported.
Deputies responded at 8:24 p.m. to a suspicious subject complaint on River Rd. in Stephenson Township. The male subject was later located and transported back to his residence in Marinette. The report was sent to the prosecutor’s office for review and possible charges.
October 27
A 29-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested at 1:37 a.m. for fleeing and eluding, resisting and obstructing, possession of cocaine, transporting open intoxicants and having no operator’s license after a pursuit and apprehension following a traffic stop attempt on US 41 in Nadeau Township. She was lodged at the Menominee County Jail.
A civil matter was reported at 1:27 p.m. on in Menominee Township concerning two subjects who had made a deal to haul scrap metal for the caller, but were not returning her calls.
A 27-year-old Wilson man was arrested at 1:33 p.m. on a valid warrant in Harris Township for breaking and entering and larceny less than $200 out of 95A District Court of Menominee, and he was transported and lodged at the Menominee County Jail.
An easement dispute was resolved at 5 p.m. after a deputy contacted both parties involved.
An illegal weapon was located at 8:31 p.m. in a vehicle driven by a subject on probation in Iron County after a traffic stop for speeding on US 2 and 41 in Harris Township, and the property was taken with the incident referred to the probation officer.
October 28
A 78-year-old Menominee man was arrested at 9:52 a.m. on a valid warrant in the City of Menominee out of 95A District Court for failure to appear for a show cause hearing on an original charge of reckless driving, and he was lodged at the Menominee County Jail.
Suspects in a threats complaint on Homestead St. in the City of Stephenson were located at 11:41 a.m. and warned against criminal trespass after the caller reported they had shown up at her house and made threats.
October 30
A deputy contacted a subject at 7:02 p.m. in reference to a threats complaint on CR 380 in Nadeau Township after a caller reported threatening messages were sent to her family.
An assault complaint was investigated at 10:07 p.m. on River Dr. in Menominee Township after a caller reported his daughter was assaulted by a male subject, and the incident was sent to the prosecutor’s office with a request for assault charges.
October 31
A 24-year-old Oshkosh man was arrested at 7:47 p.m. on US 41 in Daggett Township for operating under the influence of drugs as well as charged with resisting and obstructing for refusal of a court order after a traffic stop for a vehicle with no registration plates. He was lodged at the Menominee County Jail.

Officers investigated a report of an assault at 4:20 p.m. in the 1900 block of 15th Ave.
November 28
Officers investigated a report of a hit and run accident at 5:04 p.m. in the 2100 block of 10th St.
A 47-year-old female was arrested at 10:29 p.m. at 14th Ave. and 6th St. for operating a vehicle while intoxicated - third offense, for having no operator’s license and for having no insurance on a vehicle.
A 32-year-old male was arrested at 11:53 p.m. on a felony warrant through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections and for resisting and obstructing police officers in the 500 block of River Dr.
November 29
Officers assisted a motorist at 1:22 a.m. who was locked out of their vehicle in the 2800 block of 10th St.
A 47-year-old female was cited at 1:23 a.m. for doing an improper left turn at 10th St. and 10th Ave..
November 30
Officers located a loose dog at 11:59 a.m. in the 400 block of 5th Ave. and took it to the Menominee County Animal Shelter.
December 1
A 20-year-old male was cited at 5:06 a.m. for speeding at 10th St. and 17th Ave.
Officers investigated a report of an assault and battery at 12:34 p.m. at a residence at 14th St. and 25th Ave.
A 44-year-old male was arrested at 2:34 p.m. on a bench warrant through the Menominee County Sheriff’s Office at 10th St. and 16th Ave.
December 2
Officers responded at 8:35 a.m. to a two-vehicle accident at 15th St. and 11th Ave. which resulted in functional damage to one of the vehicles but no injuries.
A 24-year-old male was arrested at 10:31 p.m. for having no operator’s license at 25th St. and 14th Ave.
December 3
A 23-year-old male was arrested at 10:28 a.m. in the 800 block of 10th Ave. for resisting and obstructing police officers and for attempting to disarm a police officer.
A 56-year-old male was arrested at 8:42 p.m. on two bench warrants through the Menominee Police Department in the 1000 block of 10th Ave.
December 4
A 27-year-old male was arrested at 2:36 a.m. at 10th Ave. and 19th St. for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and for having open intoxicants in a vehicle.
