Officers investigated a two-vehicle accident at 2:12 p.m. at 40th Ave. and North Shore Dr., resulting in functional damage to both vehicles but no injuries.
A report of child neglect was investigated by officers at 7:51 p.m. in the 3500 block of 11th St. and the 3500 block of 10th St.
November 15
At 11:06 a.m., officers investigated the theft of a dark gray Trek Bontrager FX1 bicycle in the 800 block of 8th Ave.
November 16
A warrant arrest was made at 12:15 a.m. for a 37-year-old male on a misdemeanor warrant from the Menominee County Sheriff’s Department for failing to report an accident, damage to private property and violating parole. The arrest took place at 7th St. and 18th Ave.
A second warrant arrest occurred at 12:47 a.m. at 7th St. and 18th Ave., involving a 52-year-old male on one bench warrant from the Menominee Police Department and three bench warrants from the Menominee County Sheriff’s Department.
A third warrant arrest for a 37-year-old male on a misdemeanor warrant from the Menominee County Sheriff’s Department took place at 1:20 a.m. in the 3000 block of 14th St.
Officers investigated another two-vehicle accident at 11:05 a.m. at 10th St. and 30th Ave., which resulted in functional damage to both vehicles but no injuries.
November 17
A 47-year-old male was arrested for assault at 3:47 p.m. in the 2000 block of 14th St.
November 18
Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle at 8:00 a.m. in the 900 block of 26th St.
A 47-year-old male was arrested at 5:18 p.m. for a bond violation in the 1800 block of 11th Ave.
November 20
A warrant arrest for a 49-year-old male on a felony warrant from the Menominee Police Department was made at 12:22 p.m. at 11th Ave. and 14th St.
A warrant arrest for a 41-year-old female on a felony warrant from the Menominee Police Department occurred at 7:17 p.m. in the 3500 block of 12th St.
November 20
At 10:04 a.m., Jane Magnuson was issued two citations for public nuisances affecting peace and safety at 325 State St.
Wendell Myers was issued two citations for public nuisances affecting peace and safety at 10:40 a.m. at 706 Main St.
A vehicle accident occurred at 12:14 p.m. at Shore and Cleveland involving vehicles operated by Kelley Balzola, 62, of Marinette, and Nancy Faketty, 72, of Wausaukee. There were no injuries and no citations issued.
A liquor law violation occurred at 10:07 p.m. at 810 Wells St. Two 16-year-olds, one 13-year-old and one 15-year-old were cited for underage alcohol violations. Hunter Lasley, 18, of Green Bay, was cited for underage alcohol and bail jumping. Gabriella Wusterbarth was cited for possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. The 13-year-old was also charged as a runaway and the 15-year-old was also charged with resisting/obstructing.
