Alice VanEyck

Alice M VanEyck, 86, of Marinette passed away on Friday, June 19, 2026, at Aurora BayCare in Green Bay. She was born on October 30, 1939, to the late Irving and Alice (Mich) Jansen in Norway, MI. she graduated from Little Chute High School. On July 9, 1960, Alice married Eugene VanEyck at St. Mary's Church in Kaukauna, he preceded her in death on February 28, 2009. Alice worked at Menominee Paper, Marinette General, Boren Clinic, and as office manger of the Bellin Clinic. She was a member of Holy Family Church, Menominee Women's Club, and the committee for the Welcome Home for Veterans of Desert Storm. Alice enjoyed, sewing, crafts, camping, travel, family gatherings, time spent with grandchildren, and hosting foreign exchange students.

Alice is survived by daughters: Cheryl (Dennis) Czapiewski of Marinette, Kim Blom of Menominee, Terri (James) Walker of Marquette, and Melissa (Steve) Olson of Sobieski; daughter in law, Sally VanEyck of Marinette; sister in laws, LuAnn Guiliani and Linda Guiliani; grandchildren: Andrew (Robin) Lord, Tyler Blom, Samantha (James) Koenig, Thomas (S.O. Audrey) Olson, Carter (S.O. Devonte) Olson, Emma Walker, Stella Walker, Gavin Tanguay, Dominic Tanguay, Autumn (Jason) Kezman, and Alec Casselbury; and great grandchildren: Bentley and Gianna Blom. In addition to her parents and husband, Eugene, she was preceded in death by her son, Keith; brothers: Roy, Robert, and Howard; sisters, Joyce (David) Mattson, Kay Guilani, and Elaine VanGomple; nephews, Kert Guilani and Steve Mattson; and her dog, Max.

Visitation will be held at Thielen Funeral Home on Monday, July 13th from 10am- Noon. Funeral Services will be held at Noon with Deacon Steve Gretzinger officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
